Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Carpe Diem Travel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be clear and fair for all travelers:

• 90 days or more prior to departure: Full refund (no cancellation fee).
• 89–75 days prior to departure: 25% cancellation fee.
• 74–61 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee.
• 60–31 days prior to departure: 75% cancellation fee.
• 30–0 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee (no refund).

Please note: Certain trips may include additional non-refundable components (such as airfare, hotel, or cruise line penalties). These will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
